Responsibilities:

Coordination and communication within the team and business

Implementing and overseeing onboarding of new customers

Incident management and root cause analysis

Monitoring the production processes during the entire lifecycle

Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible

Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
Experience as Application support / Customer support / DevOps engineer or in a similar role
-
Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and cloud services
-
Managing databases such as Oracle
-
Problem-solving attitude and Collaborative team spirit
-
Knowledge of WebMethods is nice to have
-
Proficiency with GitHub workflow and various CI/CD tools is advantage
