RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with internal teams on the design and architecture of cloud, on-prem and cloud virtual desktop, which meet the requirements and strategy.

Ensure security and compliance of virtual desktop infrastructure.

Provide technical guidance, offer expertise in solution design, implementation and integration of technologies as well as best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

Engage in consultations with stakeholders to understand the requirements, challenges, and goals. Translate these into strategic technology recommendations and designs.

Ensure proper integration of Citrix, Microsoft and other technologies, while addressing scalability, security, and performance considerations.

Serve as a SME in a wide range of technologies, including Citrix DaaS, Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, RDS, AVD, Windows 365, Windows 11, Windows Server, Azure Stack HCI).

Advise on the appropriate technology stack for their specific needs.

Utilize scripting and programming skills to automate processes, workflows and tasks within the implemented solutions. Drive efficiency improvements by reduction of manual efforts.

Ensure that solutions are well-documented; Create appropriate technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Technical Expertise: 15+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, showcasing a deep understanding of data center solutions, endpoints, and IT infrastructure.

DHL Script Framework: Advanced expertise in full automated solution, including deep knowledge of its current usage and required customization to support Hybrid Cloud VDL/VAH based on Citrix and on AVD.

Cloud and Virtualization: Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing on-prem and in-cloud VDI, SBC, and end-user computing solutions using leading technologies from Microsoft (Azure, AVD) and Citrix (Cloud, Workspace, ADC).

Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell, C#, ASP.Net, Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and VBS; Proven experience in automation and orchestration framework development.

Enterprise-level Experience: Proven ability to design and implement solutions for both large enterprise environments with over 100,000 endpoints.

Technology Stack Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technologies, including

Citrix products (DaaS), Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, RDS, AVD, Windows

365, Windows 11, Windows Server, Azure Stack HCI), and additional tools like Ivanti Workspace Manager, Login VSI and PI; Expertise in application packaging, virtualization and delivery. (Incl. App-V, MSIX and others.)
