Build, operate and support 8*5 services and technology solutions
Support TOP customers in the technological issues related to corporate devices
Troubleshooting or scaling to other teams in case of incident
Providing professional technical consultancy and support to all stakeholders
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
IT support background with focus on laptop, desktop, printer and mobile devices
Strong skills on specialist computer support and peripherals
Strong skills on problem solving under pressure
Soft skill on networking and Wi-Fi infrastructure
Able to solve problems medium to high complexity Windows 10 operating system related incidents coming from Top users, Office 365, IOS, Android, Teams.
Good written and oral communication skills in Hungarian, Czech and English
Good documentation and communication skills
Independent and proactive
Strong attitude to manage on short notice issues in a complex environment
Good at working under pressure
Ability to understand business, interact with Top user and support teams and contribute with solutions to resolve critical issues.
