By information security, QuickSource® means a continuous process of ensuring information protection at required levels in terms of its confidentiality, complexity, accessibility and undeniability. QuickSource® achieves the required levels of such information security through administrative, organization and technical measures in all areas of their business activities.
For internal purposes, QuickSource® shall define categories of information from the perspective of required level of securing. QuickSource® creates, processes and maintains especially information of business character and personal data governed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The protection of such information is governed by special internal regulations.
The main goal of QuickSource® is the protection of information from unauthorized alterations, from a disclosure to unauthorized persons, from unacceptable inaccessibility, from forge; these threats could be a result of an intervention by force majeure, of intentional act of strangers or of intentional act or negligence of QuickSource® employees.
These security goals are achieved through administrative, organization and technical measures adopted in software security, development security, data security and communication security.
Legal regulations, standards, directives and recommendations are the key sources for the security administration in QuickSource®; these have to be respected in the course of the security administration process.
This security policy applies to all work sites of QuickSource®, all business activities and services and products provided by external suppliers.
